Is a light source included with the lamp?

No, the lamps are delivered without a light source. This gives you the opportunity to choose your own light source that perfectly suits your taste and preference.

How do I know which light source is suitable for my Basiclamp lamp?

The product description on our website states which type of fitting and maximum wattage is suitable for the lamp. If in doubt, you can always contact us for advice.

What are the shipping costs at Basiclamp?

Basiclamp delivers orders to your delivery address for free if your order is above 40 euros. For orders below 40 euros we charge 6.95 euros shipping costs.

Which courier does Basiclamp use to ship orders?

We ship most orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with GLS or another courier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email, so you can track your shipment.

Can I also have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, during checkout you can specify a different delivery address, for example if you want to have a gift delivered or if you want to receive the order at your work.

Can I pick up my order at Basiclamp?

Yes, you can pick up your order by appointment at our showroom in IJmuiden. You can pay in advance via iDeal or pay cash when picking up. Please note that pin is not possible, so we ask you to bring the exact amount.

Can I return Basiclamp lamps?

Yes, you can return your purchase within 7 working days after delivery, as long as it is in its original packaging and undamaged. Please see our return policy on the website for more information.

Does Basiclamp offer a warranty on the products?

Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on all our lamps. Should a defect occur within this period, please contact us for further assistance.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The delivery time of your order is 2 to 3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to track your package.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code from our shipping courier GLS. This allows you to track the status of your package online.
